Return and Exchange Policy

Return Policy

1. If you would like to make a RETURN you should first contact us before mailing the products back.
2. Information products (books, eBooks, DVDs, CDs, online instruction, online courses, etc.) may not be returned.
3. Physical products (apparel, training equipment, etc.) may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date if they are in the original packaging and in new condition.
4. All Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
5. Shipping charges will not be returned, and buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Returns should be mailed by USPS with a tracking number.  Once you have shipped the order to be returned please email us with the tracking number.
